Prof. Zhou received his B.S. (2008) in Electronic Science and Engineering from Nanjing University, M.S. (2009) in Electronic Engineering from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Ph.D. (2013) in Physics and Materials Science from City University of Hong Kong. He is now a faculty member and principal investigator in Institute for Advanced Study, Shenzhen University. His research interests include flexible and printed electronics, nanomaterials, nanocomposite materials and nanoscale devices for technological applications such as logic circuits, memories, energy-harvesting, photonics and sensors. He has published 4 book chapters, 3 USA patents, 2 China patents and over 80 SCI papers in peer-reviewed journals. More than 20 of his works have been highlighted as cover page or frontispiece. The published papers have been extensively accessed and cited by prestigious journals. He has delivered more than 20 talks in international conferences such as IEEE, SPIE, MRS, E-MRS and ISIF.

周教授於2008年在南京大學獲得電子科學與工程學士學位，2009年在香港科技大學獲得電子工程碩士學位，並於2013年在香港城市大學獲得物理與材料科學博士學位。他目前是深圳大學高等研究院的教職員及主要研究員。他的研究興趣包括柔性與印刷電子學、納米材料、納米複合材料及用於邏輯電路、記憶體、能量收集、光子學和感測器等技術應用的納米級裝置。他已發表4篇書籍章節、3項美國專利、2項中國專利及超過80篇在同行評審期刊上發表的SCI論文。其中超過20篇作品被選為封面或扉頁。已發表的論文被多個知名期刊廣泛引用和存取。他在IEEE、SPIE、MRS、E-MRS和ISIF等國際會議上發表了超過20場演講。
