Dr. Scott M. Weiner is Head of Quantitative Strategy and a senior Portfolio Manager for Janus Henderson Investors. He regularly presents to the Janus Henderson ETF Board of Trustees, sits on the Janus Henderson Index Committee, and has written virtually all the Index Methodologies for the company. Dr. Weiner was a Lecturer at Oxford University and has guest-lectured at Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Cornell University. Dr. Weiner is co-founder of Veterans on Wall Street (VOWS), whose mission is dedicated to honoring former and currently military personnel by facilitating career and business opportunities in the financial services industry.
