Risk Prevention and Control System of Urban Public Security

​Xiaoliang Liu is Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor, and Director of Urban Emergency Management Research Center in School of Social and Public Administration, East China University of Science and Technology, with research interests in public security, emergency management, risk management, and urban governance. In 2007, he studied at Yokohama National University as Visiting Scholar in Japan. He has presided over nearly 30 research projects entrusted by institutions, agencies, and government units, including China's National Key R&D Programs, China's National Social Science Fund Projects, Shanghai Municipal Government Decision-making Consultation Projects, Shanghai Social Science Planning Projects, and Chinese Postdoctoral Science Foundation Projects. In terms of academic writing, he has published about 30 papers in academic journals represented by Journal of Public Management, submitted nearly 20 decision-making consultation reports, and co-authored several books includingtextbooks.

Xiaoliang Liu 是華東科技大學社會與公共管理學院的副教授、碩士生導師及城市應急管理研究中心主任，研究興趣包括公共安全、應急管理、風險管理及城市治理。2007年，他曾在日本橫濱國立大學擔任訪問學者。他主持了近30個由機構、單位及政府部門委託的研究項目，包括中國國家重點研發計畫、中國國家社會科學基金項目、上海市政府決策諮詢項目、上海社會科學規劃項目及中國博士後科學基金項目。在學術寫作方面，他在《公共管理期刊》等學術期刊上發表了約30篇論文，提交了近20份決策諮詢報告，並共同撰寫了幾本書籍，包括教科書。
