Dr. Jason C. Hung is a Professor of Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Taichung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, ROC. His research interests include Multimedia Computing and Networking, e- Learning, Web Service and Anticipatory Computing. Dr. Hung received his BS and MS degrees in Computer Science and Information Engineering from Tamkang University, in 1996 and 1998, respectively. He also received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Information Engineering from Tamkang University in 2001. Dr. Hung has published over 140 papers and book chapters, as well as participated in many international academic activities, including the organization of many international conferences. He is the founder of International Conference on Frontier Computing. In 2013, He served as Hon Treasurer of IET Taipei LN. In April of 2014, he was elected as Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET). He was elected as vice chair of IET TaipeiLN in Nov. 2014. From June 2015, He is Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Cognitive Performance Support.
Dr. Jia-Wei Chang is an Associate Professor in Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Taichung University of Science and Technology. Since January 2019, he is a Young Professionals Chair of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) - Taipei Network. Since 2017, he is a consultant of NEXCOM Industry 4.0 Innovation Center. During February to July 2018, he was an adjunct assistant professor in Department of Engineering Science at National Cheng Kung University. He was a data scientist and project manager at IoT BU, Nexcom during 2016-2017. He received the Ph.D. degree from Department of Engineering Science, National Cheng Kung University in 2017. His research interests include natural language processing, internet of things, artificial intelligence, data mining, and e-learning technologies.
Dr. Yan Pei was born in Shenyang, China. He obtained Doctor of Engineering at Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan. He received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China. He was a software engineer and software projector manager in Chinese and German IT industries for several years before entering academic society. He is currently working at the University of Aizu as an Associate Professor. His research interests include Evolutionary Computation, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering. He serves as chairs and organization committee members in many international conferences sponsored by IEEE, ACM, and other international associations. He is also serving as editors in many international journals. He is a member of IEEE SMC, IEEE CIS and Japanese society for evolutionary computation.

Dr. Jason C. Hung 是國立台中科技大學資訊工程系的教授。他的研究興趣包括多媒體計算與網路、電子學習、網路服務及預測計算。Hung 博士於1996年和1998年分別在淡江大學獲得計算機科學與資訊工程的學士及碩士學位，並於2001年獲得淡江大學的計算機科學與資訊工程博士學位。Hung 博士已發表超過140篇論文和書籍章節，並參與許多國際學術活動，包括組織多場國際會議。他是國際前沿計算會議的創辦人。2013年，他擔任 IET 台北分會的榮譽財務長。2014年4月，他被選為工程與技術學會 (Institution of Engineering and Technology, IET) 的院士 (FIET)。2014年11月，他當選為 IET 台北分會的副主席。自2015年6月起，他擔任《國際認知表現支持期刊》的主編。

Dr. Jia-Wei Chang 是國立台中科技大學資訊工程系的副教授。自2019年1月以來，他擔任工程與技術學會 (IET) 台北分會的青年專業人士主席。自2017年起，他是 NEXCOM 工業4.0創新中心的顧問。在2018年2月至7月期間，他擔任國立成功大學工程科學系的兼任助理教授。他曾在2016至2017年間擔任Nexcom 物聯網事業部的數據科學家和專案經理。他於2017年在國立成功大學工程科學系獲得博士學位。他的研究興趣包括自然語言處理、物聯網、人工智慧、數據挖掘及電子學習技術。

Dr. Yan Pei 出生於中國沈陽。他在日本福岡的九州大學獲得工程博士學位，並在中國沈陽的東北大學獲得工程學士和碩士學位。在進入學術界之前，他曾在中德IT產業擔任軟體工程師和軟體專案經理數年。目前，他在會津大學擔任副教授。他的研究興趣包括進化計算、機器學習和軟體工程。他在許多由IEEE、ACM及其他國際協會贊助的國際會議中擔任主席和組織委員會成員，並在多本國際期刊擔任編輯。他是IEEE SMC、IEEE CIS及日本進化計算學會的成員。
