Prof. Zhibao Huo is Distinguished Professor at College of Marine Ecology and Environment, Shanghai Ocean University, China. Prof. Huo received his Ph.D. from Tohoku University, Japan in 2007. He worked as Professor at School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China from 2011-2018.
Prof. Huo's research interests focus on conversion of biomass/waste into chemicals and fuels, bio-based materials production and application, conversion of CO2 into chemicals and development of new synthetic methods. He has published over 110 journal articles and 5 books, and received 15 patents in the related fields. Prof. Huo serves as review editor of Frontier in Chemistry and Member of RSC Advances Reviewer Panel of RSC Advances.

霍志寶教授是中國上海海洋大學海洋生態與環境學院的特聘教授。霍教授於2007年在日本東北大學獲得博士學位。他曾於2011年至2018年間在中國上海交通大學環境科學與工程學院擔任教授。
霍教授的研究興趣集中在生物質/廢棄物轉化為化學品和燃料、生物基材料的生產和應用、二氧化碳轉化為化學品以及新合成方法的開發。他在相關領域發表了超過110篇期刊文章和5本書籍，並獲得了15項專利。霍教授擔任《Frontier in Chemistry》的審稿編輯，並是《RSC Advances》審稿專家小組的成員。
