Ancient Salt Roads of China

Kui Zhao is a professor at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, doctoral supervisor, postdoctoral fellow of Tongji University, vice president of the Guild Hall Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Cultural Relics, director of the Chinese Guild Hall architectural heritage conservation research center, visiting scholar at Harvard University and the University of Florida in the United States, and a member of the International Council of Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS). His main research areas include traditional architecture and heritage protection, ecological architecture and regional architecture. He has participated in a number of National Natural Science Foundation initiatives, published numerous books and research papers in core journals, and won many provincial and ministerial awards for design and planning projects.

Kui Zhao是華中科技大學建築與城市規劃學院的教授，博士生導師，曾任同濟大學的博士後研究員，中國文物學會行會專業委員會副主任，中國行會建築遺產保護研究中心主任，美國哈佛大學和佛羅里達大學的訪問學者，以及國際古蹟與遺址理事會（ICOMOS）成員。他的主要研究領域包括傳統建築與遺產保護、生態建築和區域建築。他參與了多項國家自然科學基金計畫，在核心期刊上發表了大量書籍和研究論文，並因設計和規劃項目獲得多項省級和部級獎項。
