Dr. Bin Yu received his Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from University of South Florida, FL, USA, in 2013 and has been in School of Transportation, Southeast University as a professor. He has published more than 100 peer-reviewed technical papers in international journals and conferences. He joins the editor board of ASME, ACE, IJTST, JTTE and Applied Sciences journals and serves as the technical president of WTC international conference.

余彬博士於2013年在美國佛羅里達州南佛羅里達大學獲得土木工程博士學位，並在東南大學交通學院擔任教授。他在國際期刊和會議上發表了超過100篇經過同行評審的技術論文。他是ASME、ACE、IJTST、JTTE和Applied Sciences期刊的編輯委員會成員，並擔任WTC國際會議的技術主席。
