Dr. Yan Pei was born in Shenyang, China. He obtained Doctor of Engineering at Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan. He received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China. He was a software engineer and software projector manager in Chinese and German IT industries for several years before entering academic society. He is currently working at the University of Aizu as an Associate Professor. His research interests include Evolutionary Computation, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering. He serves as chairs and organization committee members in many international conferences sponsored by IEEE, ACM, and other international associations. He is also serving as editors in many international journals. He is a member of IEEE SMC, IEEE CIS and Japanese society for evolutionary computation.

Dr. Hao-Shang Ma received the PhD degree from Institute of Computer and Communication Engineering, National Cheng Kung University in July 2022. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Taichung University of Science and Technology. Since January 2021, he is the Young Professionals Secretary of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) - Taipei Network. Since April 2023, he is a guest editor of Special Issue of Sensors Journal. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, Social Network Analysis, Recommender Systems, and Nature Language Processing.

Dr. Yu-Wei Chan received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in information engineering from Tamkang University, Taiwan, in 1997 and 2001, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2013. He joined as an Associate Professor with the department of Computer Science and Information Management, Providence University (PU), Taiwan, in February 2016. Currently, he serves as the dean of the department of ComputerScience and Information Management, Providence University (PU). His current research interests include cloud computing, edge computing, deep learning applications, and game theoretic wireless networking.

Dr. Hwa Young Jeong received the MS degree of computer engineering in 1994 and the Ph.D of computer engineering in 2004 from Kyung Hee University, Korea. Currently, he is an assoiate professor in Humanitas College at Kyung Hee University, Seoul, South Korea. He is a member of the Standard Words Committee in Ministry of Information and Communication, Republic of Korea. And he has worked on the editorial board for the journal of Korea Society for Internet Information from 2004. From 1994 to 1999, he worked for Aju System Co., and CNA Research Inc., as a system and software engineer, and he had made GUI(Graphical User Interface) programs to control the semiconductor testing machine which was called IC Test Handler. He was an assistant professor, Dept of E-Business of Yewon Art University in 2000 2005. He has served for many international conferences/workshops as an International Program Committee Chair from 2012 to now. His research area includes design of system software, multimedia system and software, software and application with security, e/u-learning system and so on.

Dr. Yan Pei出生於中國沈陽，獲得日本福岡九州大學的工程博士學位。他在中國沈陽的東北大學獲得工程學士和碩士學位。在進入學術界之前，他在中國和德國的IT行業擔任軟體工程師和軟體專案經理多年。他目前在日本會津大學擔任副教授，研究興趣包括演化計算、機器學習和軟體工程。他在許多由IEEE、ACM和其他國際協會贊助的國際會議中擔任主席和組織委員會成員。他還擔任多個國際期刊的編輯。他是IEEE SMC、IEEE CIS和日本演化計算學會的成員。

Dr. Hao-Shang Ma於2022年7月從國立成功大學計算機與通訊工程研究所獲得博士學位。目前，他是國立臺中科技大學資訊工程學系的助理教授。自2021年1月起，他擔任工程技術學會（IET）台北分會的青年專業秘書。自2023年4月起，他擔任《Sensors Journal》特刊的客座編輯。他的研究興趣包括人工智慧、資料探勘、社交網路分析、推薦系統和自然語言處理。

Dr. Yu-Wei Chan於1997年和2001年分別獲得台灣淡江大學資訊工程學士和碩士學位，並於2013年獲得台灣清華大學計算機科學博士學位。他於2016年2月加入台灣靜宜大學資訊管理學系擔任副教授，目前擔任該系主任。他目前的研究興趣包括雲端運算、邊緣運算、深度學習應用和博弈論無線網路。

Dr. Hwa Young Jeong於1994年獲得韓國慶熙大學計算機工程碩士學位，並於2004年獲得計算機工程博士學位。目前，他是韓國慶熙大學人文學院的副教授。他是韓國通信部標準詞委員會的成員，並於2004年起擔任韓國互聯網信息學會期刊的編輯委員會成員。從1994年到1999年，他曾在Aju System Co.和CNA Research Inc.擔任系統和軟體工程師，並開發了控制半導體測試機的圖形使用者介面（GUI）程式，該測試機被稱為IC Test Handler。他曾於2000年至2005年間擔任韓國藝術大學電子商務系的助理教授。他自2012年起一直擔任許多國際會議/研討會的國際程序委員會主席。他的研究領域包括系統軟體設計、多媒體系統和軟體、具有安全性的軟體和應用、電子/遠距學習系統等。
