Gustaf Söderlind is Professor emeritus of Numerical Mathematics at Lund University. His research interests include stability theory, functional analysis, control theory, and adaptive discretization methods in scientific computing. He has also worked with many applications in industry and science, and served for several years on research councils in Sweden and abroad.

古斯塔夫·索德林德是隆德大學數值數學的名譽教授。他的研究興趣包括穩定性理論、泛函分析、控制理論以及科學計算中的自適應離散化方法。他還曾在工業和科學的許多應用中工作，並在瑞典及國外的研究委員會服務多年。
