Business Analysis Done Right: Lessons Learned and Pitfalls Avoided

Karolina Zmitrowicz works as an independent IT consultant in requirements engineering, business analysis and quality management, helping customers to improve their operations and development processes to achieve better business results. At work, she connects business and IT using a variety of experiences and knowledge gained in different activities from testing through analysis to process management. She is the author of numerous publications and co-author of several certification programs. Since March 2018 she has been a member of the Executive Board at IREB(R).
