Seafarers' Security Measures Under the MLC 2006

Sandra Lielbarde is a senior legal adviser of Maritime administration of Latvia. Her work obligations include participating in drafting of the national law in Latvia implementing the MLC 2006, as well, giving legal opinion on different issues in respect of seafarers' claims. (Sandra has been representative of Latvia at meetings of the Special Tripartite Committee of the MLC 2006 in Geneva.
