Themistoklis Tzimas received his PhD in Public International Law and Poliical Science from the School of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is co- founding member of the Interdisciplinary Laboratory for the Black Sea and Eastern Mediterranean of the School of Economics and Political Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His research interests focus in Artificial Intelligence, cyberspace, collective security, state sovereignty.
