作者簡介
Charles J. Hellier founded and was former President of HELLIER Technical Training and Consulting. After HELLIER was acquired in 1998 and he remained as President and then General Manager until he retired in 2003. He is currently a vice president of NDT Classroom, a leader in online NDT courses, and a principal of The Summit Group, LLC, a company providing management and technical seminars and a broad range of consulting services.
