Surya Santoso, Ph.D., is a professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Cockrell School of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. He is co-author of Electrical Power Systems Quality, co-editor of Handbook of Electric Power Calculations, and author of Fundamentals of Electric Power Quality. He is an IEEE Fellow.
H. Wayne Beaty is the former managing editor of Electric Light and Power and co-editor of McGraw-Hill's Handbook of Electric Power Calculations, and co-author of Electric Power Systems Quality.
