Michael Garvey (NY, NY), is the former general manager and co-owner of one of America's most historic and celebrated seafood restaurants, The Oyster Bar at Grand Central.
Heather Dismore (Marshall, MN) is a professional writer who has worked for the restaurant chain Don Pablo's Mexican Kitchen where she opened six restaurants throughout the Midwest. She also served on a team that opened an Italian/seafood restaurant out in Colorado.
Andrew G. Dismore (Marshall, MN) is an award-winning professional chef.
