Satish Kumar Sharma, PhD, is Professor and Director of the Antenna and Microwave Lab at San Diego State University. He is Associate Editor for the IEEE Antennas, Wireless and Propagation Letters.
Jia-Chi Samuel Chieh, PhD, is Project Manager at SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific. He received his doctorate from the University of California Davis in 2012. He has contributed chapters to two books and published three scholarly papers.
