Dr. Ambar Bajpai, SM'IEEE, F'IETE, L'ISTE is currently working as a research associate professor at Atria Institute of Technology in Bangalore, India. His alma mater are Chulalongkorn University, Thailand (Ph.D, 2016) and Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India (M. Eng., 2008). Dr. Ambar has more than 14 years of teaching and research experience in various institutions in India and abroad. Dr. Bajpai also received various scholarships mainly prestigious graduate school scholarship, 90th-year Research Scholarship, GATE, and Overseas academic presentation scholarship during his Ph.D and M.Eng. His areas of interests are iterative channel coding in 5G and Beyond & visible light communication. He has published more than 42 papers in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences including invited talks in India and abroad related to the broad domain of Wireless Communication. He has been volunteering in IEEE Bangalore section as Branch Counsellor, Founder Secretary in the Information Theory Society Chapter, treasurer and execom of various Technical society chapters.
Dr. Arun Balodi, Senior Member IEEE, Fellow IETE, Life Member ISTE is currently working as Professor & Head at Atria Institute of Technology in Bangalore, India. He is an IEEE student branch advisor at the Atria Institute of Technology. Dr Arun attained his Ph.D, Electrical Engineering, from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India, 2018, his M. Tech., Digital Signal Processing, from Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College, Pauri, India, 2010, and a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, India, 2005. He was awarded Gold Medal in M. Tech., and the Academic Excellence award in the years 2010 and 2011. His research area is Biomedical Signal and Image Processing and Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Arun has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience in various institutions in India. His research area is Digital Signal and Image Processing, Medical Image Analysis, Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition. He has published more than 28 papers in peer-reviewed journals, international conferences, book chapters and 03 patents. He is an active researcher and reviewer for various indexed journals and conferences and given various technical talks. He has actively participated in more than 37 FDPs and more than 100 webinars and conducted workshops in the domain of Signal and Image Processing. He has delivered expert talks at more than 30 STPs, conferences, and webinars.
