德里-NCR的KIET機構集團電子與通信工程系於2020年11月28日至29日舉辦了第四屆國際會議ICCE-2020。本書中編纂的信息基於114篇涵蓋電子與通信工程、計算機科學工程、信息技術、電氣工程、電子與儀器工程等不同領域的優秀研究論文。書中處理的主題包括：衛星、雷達和微波技術、安全、智能和可靠的網絡、下一代網絡、設備與電路、信號與圖像處理、新興技術，並以通信與電子的最新趨勢（ICCE-2020）為中心焦點。此外，ICCE-2020中還進行了一些基於特別會議的主題。本書的目的是為對通信與計算系統領域的研究者、學生、觀眾和從業者提供一個學習和研究的資源，這是第四屆國際會議關於通信與電子的最新趨勢（ICCE-2020）所產生的成果。

Dr. Sanjay Sharma received his B.E. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College (MMMEC), Gorakhpur, M.Tech degree in Digital Communication and Ph.D in Wireless Communications from the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India. Dr. Sanjay Sharma has a total of 25 years of teaching and research experience. Since 1999, he has been part of KIET Group of Institutions, NCR-Delhi, Ghaziabad, India, where, he is Professor and Head in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is also Dean (Research and Development) in KIET Group of Institutions. He is member of IEEE and member of IEEE Communication Society, Life Member of IETE, Institution of Engineers and other professional societies. He has more than 40 publications in Journals and International Conferences of repute and is the author of a number of National Level reputed text books. He has been reviewer of various Journals and Conferences. His current research interests are in the field of Analog and Digital Signal processing.
Dr. Astik Biswas received his Ph.D. in 2016 from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India. He has completed his M.Tech. from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi with majoring in Speech and Signal Processing and B.Tech. from West Bengal Institute of Technology, Kolkata. He has worked on Performance Enhancement of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) Using Robust Wavelet-Based Feature Extraction Techniques. He had completed his research on Spoken Language Identification System Using Gaussian Mixture Model. His areas of interest are Signal Processing, Speech Recognition, and Language Modeling. He was affiliated with the Digital Signal Processing group at Stellenbosch University's Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering where he was working on a project aimed at developing a multilingual corpus of code-switched South African speech and developing under-resourced acoustic and language model. Dr. Biswas has published more than 18 SCI and Scopus publications in peer-reviewed international journals. He has also received a Postdoc Fellowship award by Stellenbosch University, South Africa in 2017, Ph.D. Fellowship award by MHRD 2012, Govt. of India and a medal by the Mayor in the year 2002 for excellence in academics.
Dr. Brajesh Kumar Kaushik (SM'13) received a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in 2007 from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India. He was promoted to Associate Professor in April 2014; and since August 2020 he has been serving as Full Professor. He has been Visiting Professor at TU-Dortmund, Germany in 2017; McGill University, Canada in 2018 and Liaocheng University, China in 2018. He is currently serving as Visiting Lecturer of the SPIE society to deliver lectures in the area of Spintronics and Optics at SPIE chapters located across the world. He regularly serves as General Chair, Technical Chair, and Keynote Speaker of reputed international and national conferences. He also served as Chairman and Vice Chairman of IEEE Roorkee sub-section. Dr. Kaushik is a Senior Member of IEEE and member of many expert committees constituted by government and non-government organizations. He is currently serving as Distinguished Lecturer (DL) of IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) to offer EDS Chapters with quality lectures in his research domain. He is an Editor of IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices; Associate Editor of IET Circuits, Devices & Systems; Editor of Microelectronics Journal, Elsevier; Editorial Board member of Journal of Engineering, Design and Technology, Emerald and Circuit World, Emerald. He has received many awards and recognition from the International Biographical Center (IBC), Cambridge. His name has been listed in Marquis Who's Who in Science and Engineering(R) and Marquis Who's Who in the World(R). He has 12 books to his credit published by reputed publishers such as CRC Press, Springer, Artech and Elsevier.
Prof. (Dr.) Vibhav Sachan is the Professor, Associate Dean (Research & Development) & Additional Head of Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering Department at KIET Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his B.Tech. with distinction in 2001, M.Tech. with distinction in 2006 and Ph.D. in 2014. Dr. Sachan started his career as Lecturer of Electronics & Communication Engineering at KIET Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh in August 2001. During his academic career of 20 years, Dr. Sachan has taught various subjects at UG/PG levels and has authored 26 books, edited 4 conference proceedings and written 8 chapters in different books. He has published 38 papers in reputed International journals, 8 papers in National journals and 47 papers in proceedings of International / National Conferences. He is on the editorial board of different International & National journals. He is the recipient of merit Scholarship throughout education. Dr. Sachan has also received the Dr. CV Raman Award, Dronacharya Award & Letters of Appreciation for his contributions as Additional Head of Department and Coordinator of Administrative Assignments by the Director General of KIET Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad and Director of KIET Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad respectively. His current research interests are in the field of Wireless Sensor Networks, Communications and Signal Processing.
