Huansheng Ning received the Ph.D. degree in Beihang University in 2001. Now, he is a professor and vice dean of School of Computer and Communication Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, China. His current research focuses on Internet of Things, cyber philosophy, science and technology. He is the founder of Cyberspace and Cybermatics International Science and Technology Cooperation Base, Co-founder and Vice chair of Beijing Engineering Research Center for Cyberspace Data Analysis and Applications. He serves as the steering committee member of IEEE Internet of Things Journal and associate editor of IEEE System Journal. He is the Co-Chair of IEEE TC on Cybermatics. He has hosted the 2013 World Cybermatics Congress, and the 2015 Smart World Congress as the joint executive chair. He gained the IEEE Computer Society Meritorious Service Award in 2013, and IEEE Computer Society Golden Core Award in 2014. He is IET Fellow and IEEE Senior Member.

Liming Chen　is Professor of Computer Science in the School of Computer Science and Informatics at De Montfort University, UK. He received his BEng and MEng from Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), China, and his Ph.D in Artificial Intelligence from De Montfort University, UK. His current research interests include data analytics, pervasive computing, artificial intelligence, user-centred intelligent systems and their applications in smart healthcare. He　is well published with over 190 books, book chapters, Journals/transactions, and conference and workshop articles in the above areas.　Liming is an IET Fellow, an IEEE Senior Member, a co-founder and co-director of the UK-China Gait and Health Innovation Institute, the DMU-USTB (University of Science and Technology Beijing, China) Joint Research Lab. on Smart Healthcare, and the IEEE CIS "User-centred Smart Systems" Task Force.

Xiong Luo received the Ph.D. degree from Central South University, China, in 2004. From 2004 to 2005, he received Post Doctoral Fellowships from Tsinghua University, China. From 2012 to 2013, he was at Arizona State University, USA, as a Visiting Scholar. He currently works as a Full Professor in the School of Computer and Communication Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, China. His current research interests include machine learning, cloud computing, and Cyber-Physical Systems. He has published extensively in his areas of interest in journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, and Future Generation Computer Systems. Prof. Luo is a Senior Member of IEEE. He was a recipient of the 2002 IEEE CSS/Beijing Chapter Young Author Best Paper Award.

Ata Ullah received B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science from COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2005 and 2007, respectively, and Ph.D. degree in computer science from IIUI, Pakistan, in 2016. From 2007-08, he was Software Engineer at Streaming Networks, Islamabad. He joined National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad, Pakistan as Lecturer / Head Project Committee during 2008-15 and Assistant Professor during 2015-17 at Department of Computer Science. From 2017-18, he was working as research fellow at School of Computer and Communication Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, China. He rejoined NUML since September 2018. He has supervised 112 projects.　He has authored several papers in impact factor journals and worked for books as well. He is also reviewer and guest editor.　His areas of interests are WSN, IoT, Cyber Physical Social Thinking (CPST) Space, cyber-intelligence, Health-services.

胡安生（Huansheng Ning）於2001年在北京航空航天大學獲得博士學位。目前，他是北京科技大學計算機與通信工程學院的教授及副院長。他目前的研究重點包括物聯網、網絡哲學以及科學與技術。他是網絡空間與網絡數學國際科技合作基地的創始人，北京市網絡空間數據分析與應用工程研究中心的共同創始人及副主席。他擔任IEEE物聯網期刊的指導委員會成員及IEEE系統期刊的副編輯。他是IEEE網絡數學技術委員會的共同主席。他曾擔任2013年世界網絡數學大會及2015年智慧世界大會的聯合執行主席。他於2013年獲得IEEE計算機學會優秀服務獎，並於2014年獲得IEEE計算機學會金核心獎。他是IET Fellow及IEEE高級會員。

陳黎明（Liming Chen）是英國德蒙福特大學計算機科學與信息學學院的計算機科學教授。他在中國北京理工大學獲得工程學士及碩士學位，並在英國德蒙福特大學獲得人工智慧博士學位。他目前的研究興趣包括數據分析、普適計算、人工智慧、以用戶為中心的智能系統及其在智慧醫療中的應用。他在上述領域發表了超過190本書籍、書章、期刊/交易及會議和研討會文章。陳教授是IET Fellow、IEEE高級會員，並且是英中步態與健康創新研究所的共同創始人及共同主任，該所是德蒙福特大學與北京科技大學的智慧醫療聯合研究實驗室，以及IEEE CIS「以用戶為中心的智能系統」工作組的成員。

羅雄（Xiong Luo）於2004年在中南大學獲得博士學位。2004年至2005年，他在清華大學獲得博士後獎學金。2012年至2013年，他在美國亞利桑那州立大學擔任訪問學者。他目前是北京科技大學計算機與通信工程學院的全職教授。他目前的研究興趣包括機器學習、雲計算及網絡物理系統。他在其研究領域內的期刊上發表了大量文章，如《IEEE工業信息學期刊》、《IEEE人機系統期刊》、《IEEE網絡科學與工程期刊》、《IEEE物聯網期刊》及《未來一代計算機系統》。羅教授是IEEE高級會員，並於2002年獲得IEEE CSS/北京分會青年作者最佳論文獎。

阿塔·烏拉（Ata Ullah）於2005年和2007年分別在巴基斯坦COMSATS大學伊斯蘭堡校區獲得計算機科學學士及碩士學位，並於2016年在巴基斯坦IIUI獲得計算機科學博士學位。2007年至2008年，他在Streaming Networks擔任軟體工程師。2008年至2015年，他在巴基斯坦現代語言大學（NUML）擔任講師/項目委員會負責人，並於2015年至2017年在計算機科學系擔任助理教授。2017年至2018年，他在北京科技大學計算機與通信工程學院擔任研究員。自2018年9月以來，他重新加入NUML。他已指導112個項目，並在影響因子期刊上發表了多篇論文，也參與了書籍的撰寫。他同時擔任審稿人及客座編輯。他的研究興趣包括無線傳感器網絡（WSN）、物聯網（IoT）、網絡物理社會思維（CPST）空間、網絡智能及健康服務。
