The complexity and challenges of the information and knowledge society creates the need for better awareness and readiness to face these challenges. Hence "Information and Knowledge Society" was written to address many of these issues, highlighting the steps taken by various enterprises around the world, and to serve as a handbook and guide to the possible changes in philosophy and policies.
